The Final The Blackpool Final | Timetable of Events   The Blackpool Final   The final normally takes place on the second weekend in September. The base for the event is the Hilton Hotel on North Shore, where the Highway Code tests and driver knowledge tests take place, and where the awards presentation is held.   Most companies choose to accommodate their teams in the Hilton Hotel as part of the prize for winning the company final, but there is no obligation to do so. Please note that responsibility for booking hotel rooms and places at the Gala Dinner is entirely that of the individual companies.   The diagram below shows an example of the BDoY Test Route that was used for the 2003 competition.
